Are there green spaces around the guest house?
All of our properties are located in apartment complexes with ample green areas. Some of the properties are also in the vicinity of big public parks

Are the guest house rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all our guest houses are air-conditioned. Which language is understood by the caretakers in the guest house? All our caretakers and guest house staff understand and can converse in English

Does the Guest House have an elevator?
Yes, all our guest houses are in complexes with elevators.

Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard or patio?
Though the individual apartment will not have a terrace/courtyard or patio, the apartment complex will have ample open spaces for peaceful morning/evening walks or for safe play activities for kids.

Do the rooms have a balcony?
Yes, all rooms have a balcony. Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together? All our guest houses have a separate dining area.

How far is the nearest airport?
All our guest houses are within 20-40 minutes drive from the IGI (Indira Gandhi International/Domestic) airport , the main airport of Delhi

How far are the big shopping/other entertainment complexes from the guest house?
All our guest house locations are chosen with proximity to big shopping complex/Movie multiplexes as one of the key criterions. Hence you will never be far off from action

What about grocery shopping/Other day to day items, if i intend to stay long ?
Almost all our complexes have tie ups with local grocery/retail stores, which can deliver the “goods” at your doorstep, if you want so.






At what time can we check-in and out?

• Check-in: At 12.00 noon.If we had no guests staying/checking out and the place is clean you can check in on your arrival..


• Check-out: At 11:30 AM. If we have no guests checking in you are welcome to stay until your flight time.
  
  

Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. Food is not included in the price. We will provide you with an extensive food menu.

When do we need to pay? We accept both cash and all major credit card (Visa, Master card etc.). Payments are to be made in full in advance

What is the cancellation policy?

• For cancellations before 15 days from the date of arrival - No cancellation charges.


• For cancellation between 7-15 days before the date of arrival – 50% refund.


• For Cancellation between 0-7 days before the date of arrival – 30% refund.

Is there power backup in the guest house?
Yes, we have 24 hour power backup for all our guest houses.

Is there a TV in the rooms? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, all rooms have a television, with a ready to use cable connection. Which provides access to upto 130 different channels including CNN, BBC, Discovery, National Geographic, HBO, Star World etc.

Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the rooms?
All rooms have Wi-Fi internet connectivity.

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, our guest house have a in-house swimming pool.

Is there a health club?
Yes, all our guest houses have a in-house health club with steam room,treadmill, steppers, multi gym, weights and cycle.

Is parking or garage available?
Yes, one car parking slot is made available per room.

Are pets allowed in the guest house?
Yes, few of our guest houses allow pets. Please highlight the same and we will accommodate you in guest houses which allow pets

What kind of food is available?
Our chefs can cook Indian/Italian/Chinese/Japanese/Thai/Continental cuisines.







How secure are the guest houses?
Very very very secure. This is the aspect that we respect the most. All our guest houses are located in complexes with 24 hours manned security and personnel identification system.

Are the guest houses located in an area suitable for children.
Absolutely!! The guest house have many open park areas with restricted traffic movement within the complex
